How To Encourage You Partner To Fight Against Herpes?

Herpes is caused by the virus herpes simplex, and it is often abbreviated as HSV.  Herpes appear most commonly on the mouth and the genitals, though they can appear anywhere in the body. Two types of HSV are there, HSV-1, which is called oral herpes, causes cold sores as well as fever blisters around the mouth and face. The second type, HSV-2 is the cause of genital herpes outbreaks from time to time.

Children frequently contract HSV-1 from an infected adult and it can be something as simple as a fond kiss on the lips, using the same utensils, or a common lip cream or balm. If an adult with HSV-1 and cold sores performs oral sex on another adult, he/she may transmit it in the form of genital herpes.

People at risk of contracting herpes are;

  • Those who have multiple sex partners
  • Those who perform sex at an young age
  • Females
  • Those who already are infected with another STD
  • People who possess a weak immune system
  • Indulging in risky sexual behaviour, like anal sex and sex without condoms.

If you find that your partner is experiencing a herpes outbreak, know that at present, there is no herpes cure. You can tell by the following symptoms;

  • Sores and blisters around the mouth and genitals
  • He’ll have pain while urinating
  • Constant itching
  • Fever and swollen lymph nodes for which a STD test is recommended
  • A lack of appetite along with tiredness and frequent headaches
  • Pain in the eyes with a gritty feeling

Dealing with your partner:

Please ask him to visit a doctor, and accompany him for moral support, as you need to find out the reason behind these symptoms. Primarily, after an examination of the blisters and sores, an HSV test will be recommended, commonly known as herpes culture. If there is absence of sores, then a blood test for antibodies to HSV-1 and HSV-2 will give you the diagnosis.

Further steps to be taken:

Your partner will definitely be down in the dumps after the diagnosis, and refuse to interact much, most tend to go into isolation. Convince him that this is not the end of the world, and that as long as he follows the prescribed method of containment with medicines like valacyclovir, acyclovir, and famiclovir, he stands a good chance of having the blisters and sores disappear. There are also numerous support groups that reach out to people with herpes and counsel them on leading a safe and sterile life as much as possible. Herpes dating sites also exist, which make sexual life for people with herpes a bit easier.

If your partner insists on letting you go because he does not want to put you at risk of contracting herpes, there are numerous std dating sites that can have him partner a woman with similar conditions, both with the previous knowledge that the other is infected. An std dating website will require him to fill in details about his condition, as well as an agreement to the terms and conditions of the concerned website.

Evelyn J. Ross weight loss trainer.

5daysIt isn’t often that you come across someone sharing their personal details when it comes to weight loss, but guess what, I am about to change that. My name is Evelyn J. Ross and I am a weight loss trainer. Today, I help people struggling with weight issues, body image problems and self consciousness work towards better fitness in order to embrace their goals. My approach is to help people adopt a healthier lifestyle over a long term period which will deliver permanent results, and stick with them for the rest of their lives. My journey here has been very unconventional, and today, I would like to share my story with you.

Believe it or not, but I wasn’t born as healthy and fit as I am today. Quite the opposite in fact – I was a “healthy” kid who turned to snacks and sodas way too often. As a child, I had perhaps unconsciously assumed the role of being an overweight person and become afraid of stepping out of it. For me, eating a little more than others and being slightly heavier was nothing out of the ordinary; it was my comfort zone and I enjoyed being there. As I graduated high school my weight was over 100 kilograms and climbing.

I remember most of my teenage years were filled with unhealthy choices, but at that time I was perhaps too naïve. Now that I look back at it, I feel I may have just given up and embraced the fact that this was what I was going to be like for the rest of my life. During this time, I met my boyfriend who made me feel special and loved for the first time in my life. At this stage I weighed 152 kilograms, but I wasn’t alarmed – I had someone who loved me right by my side and life was good.

It was a few months later that I started noticing that my lover was not all he said. There was another woman in his life, and when I pressed him about it, he finally came clean. I broke it off and the next few days were a painful ride. I didn’t cry or act out or plan my revenge. Instead, I made a decision right after this break up that I was going to change myself. I didn’t have enough time to be mad at the world and try and change it, but changing myself was in my own hand and that is exactly what I did. I was determined to lose weight and have a slim body that would allow me to wear the fashion choices that I liked, make me more social and outgoing, and make people like me back.

My journey through weight loss wasn’t easy and there were many times I almost gave up – but it was my determination that carried me through. Today, I share my story with you and others from similar backgrounds in the hopes that you will realize that the world is beautiful, and you can be beautiful too if you put your mind to it.

I know nothing is easy for beginners. So i want to give you a great gift

That’s the weight loss formula I used in the past. And until now, my students and I still follow and trust this formula completely because it gives us a new life.
